Job Description:
The Salesforce Developer will be a key member of the Delivery team in the VN. The Salesforce Developer will work from 6pm to 2am. The Salesforce Developer will work on delivering solution designs, implementations, customizations, integrations, and managed services for clients. In addition to being responsible for developing high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform, the Salesforce Developer will provide insight in advanced business analysis, conduct needs assessments, and configure apps as required
Job Responsibilities:
Experienced with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, C/C++, .NET, Python
Experienced with RESTful APIs and System Integrations
Experienced computer science fundamentals in data structures, design patterns, and ideally complex scheduling and optimization algorithms
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salesforce experience is strong plus
A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment
Beneficial to have a working knowledge of Atlassian Suite, JIRA and Confluence
Experienced working with agile development methodologies
Beneficial to have prior experience working with distributed teams
Developing new features for customer projects that exceeds our customer's needs
Writing and reviewing code inline with best practice
Writing the unit tests for robust development
Performing code reviews on other team member's work
Ensuring that your code hits a high bar for quality and performance
Researching new technologies to apply in current and future projects
Contributing to technical documentation such as technical design and as built documents
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Must have 2+ years prior experience as a Backend Developer in a complex development environment (Salesforce Platform or CRM System is preferred)
Must have good written and spoken English communication skills
A strong teamwork ethic is essential
