Backend Frontend Developers Hiring 2 Positions

• 1. Participate in entire application lifecycle
• Build robust and scalable software in JavaScript & [protected info], developing new features, debugging and optimizing the application.
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications.
• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Design and implementation of data storage solutions.
• Learning the latest development methodology using AI.
• 2. Support internal improvements
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Continuously improve your programming skills.
• 3. Collaborate closely with internal teams
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and system administrators to identify and build new features.
• Provide training and support to internal teams.
• Design and develop reusable frontend modules and components that form the foundation of our applications
• Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Drive technical decisions for frontend architecture and establish coding standards
• Create efficient, maintainable, and performance-optimized code
• Build and maintain core UI component libraries for company-wide use
• Lead the implementation of complex frontend features and ensure code quality
• Learn and apply Japanese development standards and best practices through direct mentorship
• Participate in our agile development process from architecture planning to testing

***Must have:

• At least two year experience as a web developer.
• Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript at least 2 years experience ( NodeJS/JavaScript experience is required )
• TOEIC 800 / IELTs 6.0 or equivalent English skill
