Conduct structured technical interviews on behalf of a US-based enterprise client, using the client's proprietary interview platform.Fully remote

2. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Backend Software Engineer
3+ years of experience (5+ preferred)
Backend-leaning is the main focus
Basic frontend knowledge is required
Strong data structures and algorithms
Primary stacks: Java, Python, Golang, Kotlin, Ruby is a plus
Excellent English proficiency - IELTS overall score of 7.5 or higher, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
High professionalism
Reliable webcam and microphone
Stable internet connection
3. SELECTION PROCESS
There are two 30-minute stages.Important: Both scheduling links expire within 2 calendar days of the invitation. If you miss the window, you are out of the process with no second chance.
Stage 1 - Coding Interview
You will need to produce roughly 5 lines of clean code under time pressure.
Stage 2 - Mock Interview
You will role-play as the interviewer.
4. ONBOARDING IF SELECTED

Live Interviews
Live interviews with a mentor begin during onboarding
Onboarding Deadline
Full onboarding must be completed within 100 hours
If not completed within 100 hours, the engagement ends
Immediate termination is possible during onboarding for underperformance or misconduct
5. ONGOING DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
Minimum 25-27 interviews per week
Each interview is 30-60 minutes
Approximately 40 hours per week of open calendar availability
Scheduling can be flexible, including:Split slots
Breaks
Personal time
However, the client expects full utilization. You should not expect downtime once approved.Falling below 25 interviews/week can result in interviewer account deactivation due to:No-shows
Repeated reschedules
Poor calendar governance
Other operational issues
6. TERMINATION STRUCTURE
First 15 Calendar Days - Testing Period
Either side can end the engagement with 1 business day's notice.
After the Testing Period
Either side may terminate with 15 calendar days' written notice.
Immediate Termination
The client can terminate immediately for:Violation of law
Gross negligence
Breach of the platform agreement
Two formal warnings
