Role Description This full-time remote Bank Teller role is responsible for handling daily customer transactions and delivering efficient, accurate banking services.
The Bank
Teller will process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments while ensuring proper cash handling and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving transaction-related issues, and guiding customers on using Wing's digital banking tools and mobile app services.

Teller will work closely with other team members to maintain secure operations, support fraud prevention measures, and contribute to a positive, service-oriented customer experience. The position requires consistent digital communication, adherence to remote work guidelines, and timely reporting to supervisors.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in teller operations and a solid understanding of banking procedures and transaction processing.
Candidates should possess skills in handling deposits and basic account services, including opening and maintaining customer accounts.
Candidates should possess skills in cash handling, including accuracy in counting, balancing drawers, and managing cash security.
Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills to interact clearly, respectfully, and professionally with diverse customers.
Basic numeracy and computer literacy, including comfort with digital banking platforms and remote work tools.
Attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to compliance, risk management, and data privacy standards.
Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
Relevant education in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage, or equivalent practical experience.
