Banquets Coordinator/ Điều phối viên bộ phận tiệc

Be responsible for assisting the F&B Service - Banquets Team in the overall supervision and coordination of all activities
• Performs any other duties as assigned by HOD in a timely and efficient manner
• Welcomes host of function and assist any last minute changes or arrangement
• Keeps himself/herself well informed about the operations especially in key departments.(Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banqueting, etc.)
• Be able to handle sales inquiries (Hotel brochures, slides, sales kits and give-away)
• Keep well informed about the product (lodging, catering and other facilities)
• Ensure the perfect coordination between different department and all requirements are properly coordinate
• Hand incoming calls, facsimiles, e-mails and letters which request the information of all events, banqueting & catering
• Ask day/date, no. of guests, timing, type of function : meeting, lunch or dinner party, wedding part
• Obtain all information from clients in respect of price, menu, set up, decorations, audio visual and any special requirement
• Check function room availability if any blocking are needed
• Review all details with guests
• Handle guest walk-in for hotel inspection
