Mô tả công việc
• Identify and delegate responsibilities to shift leaders and staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved
• Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the bar
• Provide direction to shift leaders, and staff to achieve bar goals
• Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide coaching and feedback to managers and staff and assess performance on and ongoing basis
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of drinks and service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
• Manage the bar to meet or exceed standards in drink quality, excellent service and cleanliness
• To assist in the planning and other operational practices required when putting on special events: wine tasting, festive season, new year eve...
• Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement
• Assist in any areas of the bar when staffing constraints require
• Complete the season to the specifications outlined in your Employment Contract
• Complete all paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmental standards.
• To provide an excellent level of customer service all the time
• Serving a consistent drink for guests all the time
• To use existing stock and recipe to minimize stock wastage and control financial leakage
• To assist the FB manager in maximizing profit by contributing ideas for increasing sales, controlling costs making efficiency gains, and implementing agreed action plans
• To complete each day, the daily inventory sheets and ordering as necessary
• Train and coach staff on guest services principles and practices
• Follow the Restaurant, Bar policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security
• Monitor and maintain the POS System
• Creative in new menu implementation
• Training and motivating staff
• Identify employee weaknesses and retrain as necessary
• Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift meetings
• Ensure the bars, equipment and furnishing are properly maintained and to notify the FBM of any damages etc.
• Ensure the Bar areas inside and out, are clean, safe and hygienic at all times.

• Always present and preserve the image of the resort through correct behavior and attitude in dealing with colleagues and customers.
