Ensure all beverages are prepared and presented according to approved recipes and hotel standards.
Ensure proper storage, handling and rotation of beverage products in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Train, coach and motivate Bar team members to improve product knowledge, service skills and beverage preparation techniques.
Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
Monitor and maintain the POS system during operations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Update operation logbooks regularly during shifts and ensure proper handover to the next shift.
Prepare and maintain reports, records and checklists related to department operations.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within Lounge operations of 4-5 star hotels, Fine Dining Restaurants or Lounges; experience in Sky Lounge operations is an advantage.
Fluent in English communication with basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and customer service skills; experience in event management is an advantage.
Up-to-date knowledge of beverage techniques, trends and recipes.
Experience with Micros, MC and Microsoft Office systems.
