We are looking for a dynamic and creative Business Analyst Intern to join our product development department. As a Business Analyst Intern you will have the opportunity to learn and understand user needs clearly and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support gathering, analyzing customer and end-user requirements. Support the process of creating and maintaining detailed requirements documents.
- Communicate closely with the development teams, QA teams, Design teams, and project management teams to ensure an understanding of requirements.
- Support the system analysis and design:
- Propose technical solutions and system design to fulfill the requirements.
- Support software development process on mobile platform.
- Tracking and reporting on project progress and performance.
- Supports the process of deploying products into production environments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Basic understanding of software development process and popular programming languages;
- Knowledge in using requirements analysis tools and methods;
- Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design is a plus.
- Proactiveness, good teamwork spirit;
- Good communication and social interaction skills;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
