Role Overview
Join UpBase's Enterprise Partnership team and gain direct exposure to multinational brand acquisition and large-scale commercial strategy within Vietnam's fast-growing eCommerce ecosystem (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Meta, Website).
This role is designed for high-potential candidates who want real experience in enterprise sales, strategic proposal development, and executive-level pitching.
What You'll Work On
- Identify and evaluate multinational and large-brand opportunities for Vietnam market entry or expansion.
- Support development of enterprise-level commercial proposals (market sizing, competitive analysis, financial modeling).
- Contribute to executive pitching materials presented to Regional Directors, Country Managers, and C-level stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional deal preparation and onboarding planning.
- Analyze revenue, cost structures, and performance data to support commercial decision-making.
- Work alongside senior
Business Development leaders on real enterprise projects.
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Confident English communication (written & spoken).
- Highly proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interest in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or eCommerce growth.
