Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional activities to optimize partner performance.
Monitor sell-in/sell-out results and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock flow.
Sales Activation & Livestream / Affiliate Initiatives
Plan and execute livestream programs in collaboration with wholesaler partners to boost product awareness and conversion.
Develop and manage Sales Affiliate programs to engage wholesalers and their networks in online sales.
Coordinate with Marketing and E-commerce teams to create livestream scripts, content, and incentive mechanics.
Track performance metrics and evaluate ROI of livestream and affiliate activities.
Sales Planning & Execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing,
Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to implement sales campaigns, trade promotions, and product launches.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities; propose action plans to maximize growth.
Prepare and present monthly business reports and forecasts.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with B2B clients.
Ensure smooth execution of operations, from order placement to delivery and after-sales support.
Support partners in merchandising, training, and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
