- As a Bellman at InterContinental Halong Bay Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm, welcoming, and smooth check-in experience. You will be responsible for providing high levels of service, handling luggage, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring the hotel environment remains organized and guest-ready at all times.
- Guest Service: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, escort them to their rooms, and assist with luggage and special requests.
- Transportation Assistance: Coordinate with the valet or transportation services for guest arrivals and departures, including providing information on local attractions and services.
- Information Provider: Be knowledgeable about the resort's amenities, services, and the surrounding area to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
- Room Preparation Assistance: Ensure that the guest rooms and hotel surroundings are ready and appealing for guest arrival.
- Luggage Handling: Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring that it is delivered safely and efficiently to their rooms.
- Customer Care: Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring all needs are met with a positive attitude.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, including front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and valet, to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
