Biên Hòa - Administration Officer

A. Transportation:
• Handle all processes related to transportation arrangement, sourcing and negotiation with new suppliers (if any), follow up related payments.
• Receive bookings and rental cars for business, get feedback to improve the transport quality.
• Make duty schedule, follow up daily routine of drivers by GPS, monitor transport bills & receipts, follow up vehicle km and make payment for overtime vehicle and ticket fee.
• Manage transportation service with cost control manner for all plants.
B. Receptionist:
• Receive documents, packages, fax & send to recipients.
• Answer phone calls, transfer phone line, welcome guests, and contact related person.
• Arrange flowers for all events, order name card, book restaurant for visitors, make hospital appointment, arrange meeting room for employees & visitors.
• Arrange motorbike for courier requirement daily.
• Order daily meals for all employees & visitors, and prepare refreshment for monthly birthday party.
• Arrange gift vouchers & birthday card for employees.
• Follow up the yoga class and improve (if any).
• Control all the welfare services and hygiene safety in working environment.
C. Administration:
• Arrange visa, ticket, and hotel for employees & visitors on the business trip.
• Arrange accommodation for expats (such as temporary residence registration, expats' house & maids).
• Arrange facilities (meal, refreshment, meeting room ...) for training courses, and visitors.
• Coordinate with Human Resources team in organizing company events.
• Arrange documentation related to administration services.
• Make sure all the welfare facilities' payments are done on time.
D. Others:
• Implement and maintain 5S standards.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
