and are looking for a
BIM MEP Leader
to join our growing team and help deliver high quality projects to our clients.
Job Description
Create 3D MEP models, Revit families and drawings based on Pointcloud, Design drawing ...
Update and revise BIM 3D models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle.
Detect and solve MEP clashes, make QA&QC reports.
Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.
Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.
Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues
Qualifications
Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent; 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools (Dynamo, Dirit, API...)
Solid knowledge of Revit, Recap
Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments, e.g., Autodesk construction cloud (ACC), BIM collaborate pro
Have knowledge of ISO 19650 standard, Omni classification, Cobie Classification, IFC exportation standard would be preferred.
Able to communicate well in English
Expertise in the planning of electric systems and measurement and control technology
Expertise in electrical or ventilation design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
