BIM Specialist

- Support Design & QHSE Coordinator/ Bim Coordinator and Design team in managing BIM documentation and models for architectural projects.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining BIM models using Revit, ensuring alignment with project standards and design coordination.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, Structure) to ensure clash detection and resolution in Navisworks or similar tools.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and take notes of actions related to architectural issues.
- Ensure consistent application of BIM standards, templates, and naming conventions.
- Assist in conducting audits of the BIM model to ensure compliance with office requirements.
- Maintain and update BIM libraries, families, and standard components.
- Provide basic technical support to team members using BIM tools.
- Provide administrative support for BIM Management and the Design Assistance Department as required.
