The Opportunity
• Senior position within a growing BIM team in Vietnam and supporting wider SE Asia BIM efforts.
• Vietnam based but integrated into broader SE Asia and wider APAC regional BIM teams.
• To work on exciting projects in Vietnam as well as across the SE Asia and wider APAC region in buildings and infrastructure projects.

About the Role
• Be accountable for the managing Revit models, instructing junior colleagues regarding project standards and be accountable for deliverables.
• Liaise with project level Engineering and BIM leadership to instruct and manage modelling team workload and output.
• Working with International teams based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia on a daily basis.
• Capable to create BIM model and 2D deliverables for routine works independently and supervise others.
• Ensure that the quality of deliverables produced is in accordance with project and corporate requirements.
• Keep following up with team members and project managers informed of workload and deadlines of deliverables.
• You will facilitate the coordination on such projects and undertake virtual design reviews to detect and address coordination issues in the model.
• Monitors and ensures adherence to Common Data Environment (CDE) standards;
