Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are timely met in terms of work plans, quality, price, and delivery
Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers, and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and
Purchasing best practice tools and methods
Conduct contract/PO, ensure accuracy of Goods/services delivery, proceed to ensure timely payment process for the Supplier
Ensure the continuous supply of required goods and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
Conduct Vendor/Supplier Evaluation; Carry out initial site visits to build a greater understanding of supplier capabilities & refine supplier listing. Explore alternative sources for goods and services.
Conduct market survey; Sourcing and Identifying suppliers of goods and services
Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in the same area required
4+ years of experience in technical purchasing is required
Sourcing, negotiating, and buying goods, materials, and services to meet the Company's operational requirements.
Preferred candidates have experience in procuring technology industry
Good command of PC skills, including advanced Excel skills
Experience with ERP (Oracle Netsuite) would be preferred
Good knowledge of the industry and market conditions
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
