Participate in building and operating AI chatbot/voicebot systems for large enterprise clients in Vietnam, ensuring the bots function accurately, smoothly, and in alignment with each client's business processes.
• Receive, analyze, and handle client requests related to chatbot/voicebot content, scripts, or operational logic; propose adjustments and coordinate with relevant teams for implementation.
• Develop new conversation flows, update or optimize existing scripts; configure intents, entities, and rules/flows as required; fix bot issues and perform retesting to ensure quality before deployment to the production environment.
• Monitor chatbot/voicebot performance, record errors, unusual behaviors, or inaccurate responses; suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and end-user experience.
• Update configuration documents, change logs, and progress reports for the Manager/Team Lead at each project phase.
• Comply with data security and privacy regulations while working with user data and client systems.

Graduated from university, college majoring in IT, computer science
Know to program at a basic level (fresh graduate)
