Mô tả công việc
Support customer service operations at the counter, including guiding customers through basic banking procedures, issuing queue numbers, and answering simple inquiries.
Assist branch operations by sorting documents, performing data entry, printing/scanning forms, and preparing daily transaction files.
Coordinate with Tellers and Relationship Managers (RMs) by checking application completeness, updating customer information, and following up on simple requests.
Yêu cầu
Final-year students from the following universities: FTU, VinUni, HANU.
Able to participate in a full-time internship (Monday - Friday).
Able to arrange internship time according to the requirements of each position/department.
