1. About the Role
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the full P&L,
business development, and operational performance of the Haiphong office. This role is ideal for a senior logistics professional with strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and deep understanding of the Northern Vietnam market.
You will build and lead a local team, drive customer growth, and ensure high-quality service execution across all operational processes.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Haiphong Branch with full responsibility for P&L, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Develop new business opportunities in Haiphong and Northern Vietnam across core FMS verticals (Coffee, FMCG, Industrial Goods, Steel, Retail).
• Achieve annual targets for GP, TEU volumes, and customer acquisition.
• Oversee all branch functions including sales, operations, customer service, vendor management, and finance/admin.
• Build, train, and motivate a high-performing local team.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations, international shipping standards, and company policies.
• Prepare monthly business reports, financial updates, and annual budgets.
