Mô tả công việc
- Manage and operate the company's shipping services
- Monitor and supervise daily works at branch
- Orienting, developing and implementing the business development strategy of the shipping sector to ensure business targets and effective service quality to meet the development requirements of the company
- Developing business goals and plans in the field of shipping
- Organize to monitor and supervise the implementation of the plan according to the progress of each month, quarter and year
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
- Solve problems arising during the operation of the Company
- Responsible to the Board of Directors for the business results of the Company
- In charge of recruitment, manage and train the staffs at the branch
- Others as BOM requirement
Yêu cầu
- At least 05 year experience in the similar position.
- Knowledge of logistics, shipping market.
- Experienced in building good relationship with Agents.
- Fluent in English (spoken & writing)
