Job Purpose:
• Plan, develop, and implement trade promotions to support the Sales team in achieving volume and market share targets. Handle projects with internal and external departments to deliver team and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Propose and implement trade programs and campaigns in coordination with Regional
Sales Managers, Area
Sales Executives, and Market Intelligence Executives.
• Execute trade promotion activities to achieve retail KPIs, including sales volume, market share, and numerical/weighted coverage.
• Manage the full process of trade promotions: proposal, implementation, follow-up, evaluation, and payment.
• Ensure on-time and in-full payment procedures, including planning and monitoring payment items and services.
• Visit retailers to gather customer insights on demand, pricing, volume, and competitor trade promotions.
• Build relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and contractors through trade promotion and engagement programs.
• Create regional and provincial market analysis reports to analyze data, identify issues, and recommend market development proposals.
• Innovate trade promotion ideas and procedures based on customer insights.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economy, Trade, International Business, or Finance.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing or Sales.
• Knowledge of conducting promotion activities and pricing.
• Skills in data analysis, forecasting, planning, project management, and budget management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under time constraints and willingness to travel.
