1. Job Purpose
The Brand Activation Executive plays a key role in planning, executing, and coordinating on-site events and offline marketing initiatives to support student recruitment and strengthen BRIS brand engagement. This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration with Academic (R&D), Admissions, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver impactful activation campaigns and measurable offline leads.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Event & Activation Management (70%)
Plan and execute in-house and external events: Demo Classes, Open Days, Workshops, and community activation activities (e.g., at residential complexes, schools, malls).
Coordinate logistics, materials, and manpower for annual flagship events: Graduation Ceremony, Sport Day, Back to School, etc.
Act as the project coordinator for recruitment events in collaboration with R&D and Admissions teams.
Ensure all events follow brand guidelines, are delivered professionally, and meet timeline and budget requirements.
Work closely with vendors, internal departments, and school leadership to align all executional details.
B. Brand Activation & Offline Lead Generation (30%)
Develop and implement offline campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Track and optimize offline lead generation channels to complement digital efforts.
Support distribution and placement of marketing materials (POSM) across campuses and activation points.
Contribute ideas to integrate branding activities across touchpoints and ensure cohesive storytelling.

3. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
At least 1 years of experience in agency, event planning, brand activation, or field marketing. Experience in the education sector is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; detail-oriented.
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, when events are scheduled.
Ability to analyze campaign performance, especially offline lead conversion metrics.
