Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist (Mid/Senior Level)

1. Scope of the job
Responsible for the overall marketing planning & execution of Fullerton Health Vietnam, with a strong focus on digital marketing, design & branding.
2. Responsibilities
POSM Design
• Develop, design, and execute visually appealing POSM such as media assets, short clips, posters, brochures, powerpoint decks
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure POSM supports sales initiatives and brand message
• Track the performance and effectiveness of POSM to ensure alignment with sales objectives
Brand & Marketing
• Conduct market analysis and segmentation to identify potential customer segments; understand customers' needs or pain points
• Building and managing brand identity to improve significantly brand awareness
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and product to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Advise marketing plan
Social Media Marketing
• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Zalo
• Run social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement
• Track, report, and analyze the performance of social media initiatives and suggest improvements
