Job Description
The Brand Experience Supervisor is responsible for translating Brand Experience strategy into communication frameworks, experience concepts, and engagement initiatives. The role ensures all customer-facing experiences consistently reinforce Apollo's brand promise and intended emotional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Understanding & Insights
Understand parent and student behaviours, expectations, motivations, and engagement patterns across touchpoints.
Consolidate customer insights and recommend Brand Experience initiatives.
Experience & Engagement Design
Design experience concepts, engagement formats, and activation frameworks for Parent/Student initiatives, Community programs, Recognition and Celebration initiatives
Design centre experience concepts, including seasonal experiences, campaign-based experiences, merchandise concepts, and experience assets.
Communication Governance
Develop communication frameworks, narrative directions, and monitor implementation to ensure consistency with Brand Experience objectives.
Alignment & Execution Readiness
Align initiatives at a high level across Brand, Learning Experience, Customer Experience, and Operations teams.
Provide execution requirements, experience standards, and quality expectations.
Monitor implementation quality and recommend enhancements.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Brand Experience, Customer Experience, Communications, Event & Activation, Learning Experience
Experience in education, membership, or other relationship-based service industries is preferred.
Experience in developing concepts, customer journeys, campaigns, or engagement initiatives is highly desirable.
Strong planning and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across
Strong communication and presentation skills.
