Position: Brand Manager - FMCG Industry (Beverage/Food/Nutrition).
- Analytics, Brand Marketing, Product Development, Packaging, Store Marketing, Digital Commerce, etc. And guides our external creative and media agencies for product marketing campaigns.
- Lead brand communication to drive a unique brand for the category in charge across multiple touchpoints, including ATLs, BTLs, digital, and in-store.
- Lead cross functions (R&D, production, supply chain,
purchasing, sales,
trade marketing) to run the NPD process: new product concept development and testing, packaging design and testing, sales forecasting, new product launching, sales briefing/ training, stock management, and sales movements to ensure the success of the launch.
- Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related major.
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing in FMCG companies and 2 years of experience in a similar Brand Manager - Beverage/Food/Milk Product, within the Milk/Food/Beverage industry is a big plus.
- Strong at brand management, consumer understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in kid/mom-related industries is an advantage.
- Experience in managing large functions/managing multi-industry groups.
- Experience in developing new products.
- Experience in 360 Marketing (both ATL & BTL).
