Planning (20%)
• Propose education strategies based on approved Brand business plan.
• Review and approve annual localized training programmes for Counter Chief, Shift Leaders, Beauty Consultants.
Sales target & ensure profits (25%)
• Ensure the delivery of new product training before products available to sell at counter.
• Review working flow, BCs dialogue, and demonstration of all retail programs to ensure effective implementation at counters for monthly, ad-hoc or retargeted marketing activities.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to create activities to achieve sales target.
• Give input to Marketing team in localized marketing initial plan to prepare for Season/Initial ordering, following Marketing brief of HQ directions.
• Manage training budget and
tester budget. Adjust if needed and find ways to optimize budget to achieve brand's profits.
• Allocate and manage training budget for monthly, quarterly and yearly activities, following training calendar.
• Ensure sales force is well trained before new counter / sales channels set up.
• Review training ROI and take actions to improve.
Productivity (10%)
• Review all training programs to ensure alignment with HQ directions, local marketing plan and training schedule.
• Initiate new training approaches or methods to suit different groups of sales force.
• Provide formal compliance trainings if needed to all employees and customers.
Customers and other external relationships (5%)
• Establish and maintain quality relationships to external partners, agencies, VIP customers. Proactively take appropriate actions to market needs and provide win-win solutions to partners.
Human Resources Development (15%)
• Set individual key performance indicators for direct reports and manage their performance to ensure team is performing on track.
• Coordinate with
Brand Manager and HRBP in people related matters of direct reports (e.g. staffing, performance management, recognition & rewards.)
Building organizational strength (5%)
• Proactively collaborate with other team members in SSD brand and other departments to achieve common goals.
• Assess brand or cross-functional working process and adjust where necessary to ensure that resources are appropriately utilized.
Others (5%)
• To execute projects or other assignments as requested by the Company or Brand Manager.
• Support in above the line marketing activities when needed: provide and review PR concept/ ideas, represent Brand as speaker in PR events or interviews, design flow of PR events, etc.
1. Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:
• University BA graduate.
• 5 years or more in Retail or Education positions at management level.
• 3 years or more in cosmetics industry.
2. Required skills:
• Be able to conduct training.
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese
• Ability to inspire others with brand or product stories
