About the Role
To support business growth, KPMG is looking for a talent to join the team as a Marketing Manager, based in Hochiminh city, Vietnam.
The Marketing Manager allocates company resources to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and public relations channels. He or she works at both poles of his/her job title, as well as where marketing, branding and communications duties intersect.
The marketing management side of the job may involve the development and refinement of marketing goals, strategies, thought-leadership activities and branding in consultation with marketing staff and clients. He or she is also responsible for staying up to date on industry trends, to direct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that directly support
business development priorities, revenue growth, and market penetration for KPMG in Vietnam.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders, and service lines to support go-to-market initiatives, priority accounts, and sector focused growth strategies.
• Lead the development of client-facing marketing materials and thought leadership, including proposals, brochures, website content, social media, and KPMG's channels.
• Drive lead generation and pipeline support through
digital marketing campaigns, events, and integrated communications activities.
• Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent application of KPMG brand standards across all marketing materials and communications.
• Plan and manage external client events and business development initiatives, including seminars, conferences, industry forums, and executive roundtables, in close collaboration with business teams.
• Manage and optimize the marketing and communications budget, ensuring cost efficiency, transparency, and measurable return on investment.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, engagement, and contribution to business development outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing & Communications team, ensuring strong execution, clear prioritization, and alignment with firm-wide business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global marketing teams to leverage best practices, shared campaigns, and firm-wide initiatives.
• University graduate in General Management, Marketing, and Business Communications or equivalent;
• At least 5 years relevant experience in Marketing, preferably B2B
• Strong knowledge and understanding of 360 degree marketing skills and techniques
• Demonstrated good industry knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communications in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to make and sustain meaningful relationships with clients & colleagues
• Demonstrated supervisory and teamwork experience
• Well established understanding of business dynamics and operations
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills
• Ability to travel
• Demonstrated "can do" attitude with fast learning ability
