Mô tả công việc
Take ownership on the marketing activities of the targeted segment including:
1. Recommend and Asist Marketing manager to establish the Sub-segment Marketing 3-year. Propose and manage sub- segment's annual strategy to maximize product/brand appeal to target customers.
2. Develop and manage MARCOM plan for the assigned segments and brands including integrated marketing activities:
- Develop integrated mar-com strategy and monitor, manage execution plan to achieve business objective and segment's KPI.
- Innovative contents on om-ni channels to nurture relationship with stakeholders across value chain (Project owner, Architect, Contractor, Direct customer)
- Engagement activities to convert from Cold lead to Hot lead (online engagement, learning trip, meeting & workshop, sport events, brand/product related events, sponsorship...)
- Continuous explore and propose new initiatives to achieve marketing 5A objective toward customer (Awareness, Appeal, Ask, Act, Advocacy)
- Sustain and expand public relations with relevant partners, associations, agencies... to develop new initiatives, ideas and programs to connect with customers/ project owner of key focus industries.
- Support AEC accounts for Mar-com engagement activities.
- Support corporate branding activities in terms of E, S, G
3. Build up strategy including 4P matrix and implement the plan for market expansion, market penetration and market diversification (channel development) of the sub-segment.
4. Monitoring sub-segment's product performance and directing product and/or marketing adjustments when needed (innovation, communication plan, value proposition, market offers...)
5. Monitoring customer data acquisition, developing journeys/experiences for targeted customers and implement the CRM campaigns on omni channels

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in business or Marketing
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent professional experience
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum 02-year experience in similar position
• Experience in working with MNC
• Segment/Brand's integrated MARCOM strategy and operation management on omni channel
• Customer's engagements experiences (both online and offline)
Competencies:
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and creative problem solver.
• Result orientation, high accountability and proactive.
• Out-of-the box thinking.
• Strong interpersonal skills - a proven ability to lead without direct authority in a complex matrix organization while remaining a great team player (Especially requires communicate with sub-segment leaders on matters of required marketing campaign.)
• Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to confidently lead projects to completion.
• Excellent English skill, both verbal and written
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent professional experience
