Role Description
The Group Brand Manager (Fusion, NanoMD, Revision) role is a full-time on-site position located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The Group Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and execution of the brand strategies of The Vigo's portfolio of products.
Day-to-day tasks will include managing and leading a team of brand managers, tracking market trends, analyzing consumer behavior, developing marketing campaigns, and managing budgets.
Implement the brand marketing plans within budget and on time. Co-ordinate the resources of the organization to achieve approved objectives.
• Competitor Market Research & Analysis To position your brand and determine the insight of target customers
• Strategic planning of brand positioning and market penetration
• Come up with creative ideas, build plans, and implement marketing campaigns to develop the brand.
• Track the effectiveness of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as social engagement, direct traffic to the website, branded search volume, conversion rate, ROI, etc.
• Coordinate with the sales department, product development department, marketing department, and other departments during the implementation of the plan.
• Team management, coordination, training and development
• Report on brand awareness and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Report to Head of Marketing BU - Spa & CLinic

Yêu cầu
University graduate in preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
Experience
• From 3 years' experience in a similar position, within Beauty / Cosmetics / Pharma industry is required.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative and strategic knowledge.
• Business literacy: Good knowledge of consumer insights based on qualitative data P&L Management.
• Presentation, outstanding communication and team management skills.
• Highly flexible, open-minded, resourceful and practical.
