ROLE SUMMARY
As Brand Manager, you will be the strategic lead responsible for driving the growth, equity, and profitability of your assigned brand(s). You will lead brand strategy development, translate insights into actionable marketing plans, and orchestrate cross-functional execution to deliver impactful consumer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, strategic agility, and a deep understanding of both consumers and the competitive landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Brand Leadership
• Own and lead the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with business objectives and consumer needs.
• Translate market, consumer, and category insights into actionable brand plans to drive growth and build equity.
• Set annual brand objectives, KPIs, and initiatives, and ensure alignment with internal and regional stakeholders.
2. Innovation & Portfolio Management
• Lead the innovation pipeline: identify opportunities, validate concepts with consumer research, and partner with R&D and supply chain to deliver winning innovations.
• Manage brand portfolio health, including SKU rationalization, pricing strategy, and channel strategy optimization.
3. Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Lead the development of integrated marketing communication plans across ATL, BTL, digital, and shopper marketing.
• Brief and manage external agencies (creative, media, PR) to deliver breakthrough campaigns and activations.
• Oversee campaign execution, ensuring brand consistency, on-time delivery, and performance tracking.
4. Commercial Excellence & Cross-functional Leadership
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure brand strategies are commercially viable and effectively executed in-market.
• Provide strong financial acumen in managing brand P&L, PFME optimization, and ROI evaluation of marketing initiatives.
• Champion cross-functional alignment and lead the core team to deliver end-to-end business results.
5. Performance Management & Insights
• Monitor brand performance across key metrics (market share, equity, penetration, sales) and identify corrective actions.
• Lead business reviews, post-mortems, and forecasting processes with a strong command of data analytics.
• Continuously optimize strategy based on performance and changing market dynamics.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 4-6 years of marketing experience in FMCG, with proven success in managing brands or launching products.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with solid understanding of brand financials and P&L management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agency partners.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• High ownership, agility, and passion for brand building.
