Develop and implement holistic brand strategies that align with UTY Corporation's business goals and enhance market presence.
Establish, manage, and update brand guidelines to ensure a consistent brand identity across all marketing and corporate communications.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align branding materials with digital marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to understand current trends, brand positioning, and customer perceptions, and use this information to steer brand strategies.
Manage and mentor a team of branding professionals, setting clear goals and benchmarks to achieve strategic objectives.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and consistency.
Manage, plan and follow communication and advertising activities
Manage and work with Agecny partners - KOL/ KOC/ KOS

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in marketing or branding.
Strong understanding of brand development, online and offline marketing strategies, and market research techniques.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing teams and developing professionals.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead projects and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a strategic mindset focused on results.
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and software to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in building personal brands for corporate executives.
Strong portfolio of successful brand and marketing campaigns.
