KOL/Influencer & Partnership Management
Identify and establish partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and celebrities who align with the brand's values.
Foster relationships with hospitals, maternity clinics, parenting organizations, and event organizers.
Oversee seeding campaigns and measure their effectiveness in driving awareness and sales.
Consumer Insights & Market Research
Conduct customer surveys, focus groups, and interviews to deeply understand consumer behavior.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Use data to inform product positioning, packaging, and marketing decisions.
Content Direction & Storytelling
Define the content strategy to deliver compelling and relevant messaging to moms and families.
Oversee the creation of social media posts, blogs, videos, and other digital assets.
Ensure content aligns with the brand's mission to educate, inspire, and engage moms.
Retail &
Trade Marketing Support
Collaborate with retailers to drive in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising.
Develop POSM (Point of Sale Materials) to enhance brand visibility in physical stores.
Work closely with sales teams to support B2B relationships with key retail partners.
Entrepreneurial Execution
Be a hands-on contributor in every stage of brand-building, from idea generation to execution.
Navigate challenges with creativity and resourcefulness, taking ownership of results.
Act as the "face of the brand" when engaging with partners, KOLs, and events.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations.
Report directly to senior management with campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.
Events & Activations
Plan and execute brand activations at mom and baby fairs, pop-ups, and other relevant events.
Coordinate logistics, partnerships, and promotional materials for events.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in brand management, ideally in FMCG or mom and baby products.
Proven track record in leading marketing campaigns, managing partnerships, and building brands.
A mom who understands the nuances of the target audience and can bring authentic insights.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in
digital marketing, including social media management and influencer collaborations.
Data-driven with the ability to interpret analytics and translate them into actionable strategies.
Knowledge of the Vietnamese mom and baby market is a strong advantage.
