Position Overview
The Brand & Medical Marketing Manager - Northern Region is responsible for developing Hanoi as a strategic Expert Hub in the dermocosmetics market.
This role leads brand positioning, medical community engagement, and market activation initiatives to strengthen professional credibility and elevate brand presence in the Northern region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Implement brand positioning and storytelling aligned with company direction.
Ensure consistent brand identity and premium aesthetic standards across all touchpoints.
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for the Northern market.
2. Medical Relationship & Community Development
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and spa partners.
Develop KOL and medical partnership programs.
Organize workshops, seminars, and professional training events to strengthen loyalty.

Trade Marketing & Activation
Develop POSM, co-branding, and offline activation programs.
Coordinate with Sales to ensure strong brand presence while maintaining positioning.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
4. Market Research & Insight
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Propose strategic improvements based on data and field feedback.
5. Team Coordination & Execution
Manage and guide ABM and
Marketing Executive.
Coordinate with Head Office Marketing to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
