Brand Partnership Development Executive

Vibes is an agentic marketing agency. We connect brands with the right creators, run the campaign end to end, and produce the content ourselves.
We are looking for someone who has sat on the other side of the table.
WHERE WE ARE
We currently run 18+ campaigns with 10+ brands. Our work has driven over 35,000 products sold and more than 5 million views across TikTok and Instagram, for brands including Ukiss, Min Glass and KAVI DIY. We are growing fast and we need someone to own the brand side of it.
THE ROLE
You will own relationships with brand clients in Vietnam. That means understanding what a brand team is measured on, translating it into a campaign brief our creators and producers can execute, and reporting back in the language a marketing director actually uses.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead client relationships from first conversation through campaign delivery
Turn commercial objectives into creator and affiliate plans
Work with our production team on concept and content direction
Own campaign reporting and the conversation about what the numbers mean
Help shape how we pitch, price and position our work
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in a brand or marketing role at a multinational, or agency-side managing MNC accounts
You understand how brand teams plan, budget and approve work
Comfortable with TikTok Shop, affiliate and creator marketing, or fast enough to get there
Fluent Vietnamese and working English
Based in Ho Chi Minh City
COMPENSATION
Base salary: Competitive
Plus 50% of the revenue on every account you personally bring in and manage, paid at year end. There is no cap.
Read that again, because most agencies do not offer it. If you open a client and run it well, half of what it bills is yours. We would rather pay a lot to someone who builds the client side of this business than pay a little to someone who maintains it.
WHY THIS ROLE
Vibes is small and moving quickly. You will not be pushing a deck through four layers of approval. You will own clients, shape how we work, and see the commercial result of your decisions in weeks, not quarters. When Vibes lands its first major MNC brand, it will be because you did it.
