Brand Specialist

• Propose and develop brand strategy, purpose for brand, brand message, Identity and application at Galaxy Holdings (GH) (sub-brand, product/service, ...)
• Propose changes in brand strategy (if necessary)
• Plan to manage and allocate funds for branding activities
• Build & Develop a plan, a Brand Value Management system, a guide on how to build, measure and manage brand equity, manage goals and Brand promotion campaigns - communication
• Build or recommend to build strategic relationships to promote the company's brand
• Make strategy, plan on corporate social responsibility (CSR), manage campaign budget on CSR
• Develop processes, regulations, and assigning CSR activities in GH
• Coordinate the implementation of communication programs, events proposed by Brand & Com Department
• Monitor all other activities in the chain to ensure the company's brand is preserved and promoted
• Monitor and analyze the movements of competitors in the market that may affect the company's brand. Propose appropriate response measures
• Periodically and irregularly conduct market research
• Perform other tasks as requested by Head of Brand & Com
