About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Branding & Corporate Communications Executive to manage and execute our monthly communication strategies across both internal and external platforms. This role is responsible for planning, writing, and publishing content on social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), managing internal communications, and coordinating branding initiatives and corporate events. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling and brand development who enjoys working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Communication Management
Develop and manage the monthly social communications plan
Write and publish content for social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
Respond to messages and interactions on corporate social media channels
Draft content for corporate communications, branding initiatives, and internal events
Internal Communications
Post and update news on internal and external communication channels: Website, Intranet, LED Standee, Noticeboards
Coordinate with communication leads at individual plants to ensure consistent messaging and content execution
Ensure timely updates and brand-aligned messages across all internal platforms
Branding & Campaigns
Execute branding and corporate identity projects, including Purpose & Core Value trainings, and Purpose Champion activities
Manage WOW events, Corporate Purpose activities, and other engagement initiatives
Work with creative agencies to develop campaigns and assets for special events or announcements
Support branding projects rolled out from the group or developed locally
Collaboration & Coordination
Liaise with plant communication contacts to align and execute campaigns
Follow up to ensure content is posted and communicated effectively across all locations
Assist in organizing company-wide events and other communication-related activities as needed
Other Duties:
Support other communication-related tasks or initiatives as assigned

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Knowledge & Experience:
Content writing for internal and external communication
Understanding of Employer Branding and employee engagement initiatives
Skills:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Good command of English, both written and verbal
