• Act as the main person-in-charge for all branding and marketing activities of LiuGong Vietnam, ensuring alignment with LiuGong Asia Pacific and HQ branding guidelines
• Execute local branding, advertising, publicity, roadshows, promotions, and dealer marketing activities in close coordination with sales teams and dealers
• Implement and monitor LiuGong VI standards across dealers, branches, workshops, and events, with guidance from the LiuGong Asia Pacific or HQ when required
• Plan, execute, and track the local marketing & marcom budget; report usage and effectiveness to management
• Manage and coordinate dealer co-op marketing programs and local promotional initiatives
• Work closely with sales teams to support key accounts, customer engagement, demos, and promotional campaigns
• Conduct regular dealer visits to support marketing execution, VI implementation, and on-site promotional activities
• Visit customers to collect application stories, photos, videos, and testimonials for marketing, PR, and social media use
• Prepare and localize marketing materials, signage, brochures, and advertisements based on HQ templates
• Coordinate with media and platforms by preparing basic press releases, articles, and content
• Monitor local media coverage, social media trends, and competitor activities
• Execute and maintain local social media accounts in line with regional strategy and content guidance
• Organize and support exhibitions, roadshows, demos, customer gatherings, and corporate events in Vietnam
• Manage corporate gifts, promotional items, product displays, brochures, signage, and exhibition materials
• Act as the local marketing coordinator between LiuGong Vietnam team, dealers, LiuGong Asia Pacific, and HQ
• Prepare regular marketing updates, reports, and local newsletters highlighting LiuGong Vietnam activities and customers
• Proactively seek advice, best practices, and approval from the LGAP Branding and
Marketing Manager for key campaigns or brand-sensitive matters
• Perform other branding and marketing duties as assigned by management
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or Marcom (B2B, industrial, automotive, or machinery industry experience is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of branding, marketing communications, and event management
• Experience working with dealers, agencies, or cross-functional teams is preferred
• Strong execution, coordination, and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Basic proficiency in graphic tools (Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva) is an advantage
• Willing to travel for dealer visits, events, and customer activities
• Good command of English or Chinese for business communication
• Age: 25 - 35 years
