We are seeking a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) to work onsite in Japan during the pre-upstream phase. The role involves understanding the CIS and CURSUS-BC systems and preparing for the requirement definition phase starting next fiscal year.
The BrSE will work at the client's office to identify the project scope and functionalities that align with the offshore team's capabilities in Vietnam initially, this may involve UI screen components. After this initial phase, the BrSE will return to Vietnam and leads its implementation process as off-shore development.

Yêu cầu
B.S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant major.
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or JLPT N1 is required.
Having at least 5 years of experience in software development.
Experience in Upstream phase, FIT-GAP analysis, customer requirement gathering and scope definition.
Have knowledge about Software Development Process, Object Orient Programming, etc.
Good at logical thinking and analysis.
Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
High responsibility and teamwork spirit.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Knowledge and experience with Energy domain is a plus.
