Building Services Revit Designer & Modeller

We are seeking a detail-oriented Building Services Revit Modeller & Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate 3D models and coordinated drawings across mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and associated disciplines, while ensuring compliance with BIM standards, company procedures, and project requirements.
Core Responsibilities
• Develop accurate 3D models for building services systems in Revit, following 2KO Engineering's modelling and drafting standards and procedures.
• Maintain and organise Revit models, ensuring consistent application of drafting standards.
• Support engineers by preparing coordinated layouts, detailed construction drawings, and schedules directly from 3D models. Confirm schedules (equipment, pipework, ductwork, cable trays, etc.) match the model and specifications.
• Verify that all elements are modelled in the correct discipline category. Ensure naming conventions, tags, and families follow project standards.
• Ensure drawing sheets use the correct title block, scale, and revision number. Confirm line weights, hatches, and symbols follow drafting standards.
• Confirm all changes from the latest review/comments have been implemented. Check sheet references and drawing numbers are up to date and consistent.
• Ensure all drawings and models meet both company and industry standards. Review revision clouds and notes for accuracy before submission.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to achieve multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Participate in BIM/digital engineering meetings and maintain clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Share models and digital walkthroughs with clients and project teams, supporting design and construction coordination.
• Contribute to design discussions with accurate meeting minutes, reports, and confirmation of engineering options.
• Manage workloads effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Actively support and motivate the BIM team by setting high standards and promoting continuous improvement.
• Apply strong time-management and planning skills to prioritise tasks and meet project deliverables.
