1. Data Validation & Consolidation
- Collect, verify, and consolidate data from internal sources (Sales, PPIC, Finance) for weekly/monthly reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency between systems and manual reports.
2. Sales Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by channel, region, and product group.
- Support Sales and Management teams with variance analysis vs target or last period.
3. Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Prepare and consolidate internal financial reports
- Assist in reconciling sales vs. accounting data to ensure reporting integrity.
- Support preparation of margin analysis and monthly P&L overview for management.
4. Cost Tracking & Analysis
- Track and analyse trade spending, promotions, logistics costs, and marketing expenses.
- Provide timely alerts for over-budget or unusual cost variance.
- Support Senior BA in identifying cost-saving opportunities and monitoring budget utilization.
5. Management Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly management reports with key insights and performance highlights.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing for timely data input and explanation of variances.

- Analytical and objective when assessing sales and financial data.
- Accountable and reliable in ensuring reporting accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborative mindset, supporting coordination between Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
Skills/ Kỹ năng
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to interpret business and financial data.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (lookup, pivot, dashboard); Power BI experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting data structure and variance analysis.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Education & Knowledge/ Trình độ học vấn và Kiến thức
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Solid understanding of sales reporting, cost tracking, and basic financial statements.
Experiences/ Kinh nghiệm
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or sales performance reporting.
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with SAP, ERP, or BI tools is an advantage.
