Business Analyst -BA Shopify/ eCommerce/ ERP/CRM/ PIM

JOB PURPOSES

• Participate in the implementation and operation of Shopify and Shopify Plus B2C eCommerce platforms for luxury and global brands in Vietnam and the APAC region.
• Work with customers, regional business teams and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions and support project delivery.
• Translate eCommerce business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows and user stories.
• Support integrations between Shopify and enterprise systems such as PIM, CRM, CDP, ERP, POS, payment, logistics, loyalty and electronic invoicing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with customers, business users to gather, analyze and clarify requirements.
• Analyze B2C processes covering product catalog, pricing, promotion, customer accounts, checkout, payment, orders, fulfillment, returns and refunds.
• Prepare project documentation, including requirements, user stories, process flows, and gap analysis.
• Coordinate with developers, QA engineers and integration teams throughout design, development and implementation.
• Prepare functional test cases and coordinate system testing, UAT, go-live and post-launch support.
• Support user training, operational handover, and ongoing eCommerce operations when required.
• Monitor business issues after launch and coordinate clarification and resolution with relevant teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, eCommerce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience participating in Shopify or Shopify Plus projects is required.
• Hands-on experience participating in at least one eCommerce implementation, migration or major enhancement project.
• Good understanding of B2C eCommerce processes, including catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payment, order management, fulfillment, returns and refunds.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, process analysis, user stories, functional documentation and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with at least two types of integrations involving ERP, PIM, CRM, POS, payment gateways, logistics, loyalty or electronic invoicing systems.
• Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication and common system integration concepts;
• Experience with testing, UAT, go-live and post-launch support.
• Experience working with luxury, retail, consumer goods, global brands or APAC projects is preferred.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work with customers, business users and technical teams
