Mô tả công việc
• Demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design
• Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services
• Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services
• Create and execute testing plans and coordinate both the System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Identify obstacles, proactively mitigate risks, and escalate issues to be resolved effectively
• Evaluate the data requested and channel the requests to the relevant applications team for extraction
• Work with a variety of different departments (stakeholders) within the bank to gather information to determine the requirements, and report to the stakeholders on how the organization can improve its operations
• Work closely with the technology team to articulate business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Support in the Business-As-Usual activities and ensure that users' requirements and requests are delivered in a timely, accurate, and successful manner.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Finance/Banking, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical BA, including 2 years of experience in the banking/fintech/securities domain.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
• Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
• Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to liaise with people across different levels and departments.
• Good presentation skills to be able to articulate clearly with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
