Business Analyst Developer background

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This role will sit at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and technical development. You will be instrumental in defining, designing, and delivering new features that directly address the needs of Facilities Managers, maintenance teams, and occupants. You will need to analyse and understand the business and technical requirements, be able to thoroughly understqnd our product and suggest the best solution to accommodate these business and technical requirements. A strong command of both verbal and written English is essential as you will be working with English-speaking clients across different industries and domains.

What You'll Do

• Research on and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in Facilities Management SaaS to inform product decisions.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product
• Communicate with clients to analyse and understand business and technical requirements
• Based on your product knowldge, suggest a solution that can best meet these requirements
• Produce high-quality product deliverables and specifications (e.g. wireframes/userflows/prototypes) that describe and show how your solution can accommodate requirements
• Work and collaborate closely with colleagues in engineering, sales, marketing, customer success to ensure alignment, gather feedback and launch new features/ improvements/solutions.

• Degree in Computer Science or similar (open to fresher/last year student)
• Good English skills (writing and verbally). Able to clearly communicate with and understand client requirements, present and explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• At lest 6 months work experience in a BA/ Product development role, creating detailed product specifications/user stories/acceptance criteria.. If your work experience is in a SaaS or Facilities Management product company, it's a bonus.
• Understands software product design principles and is familiar with tools to create wireframes/user flows/ prototypes e.g. Figma/ Sketch
• Understand product development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Open towards and able to quickly learn new technologies
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Professional pro-active attitude, taking responsibility and initiative
