The Role
We are seeking an AI Business Analyst to partner with our team in building cutting-edge AI Agent products within the company's ecosystem.
In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between Business, Product, and AI Engineers-actively analyzing business problems, designing workflows, and optimizing the operational experience of our AI Agents. This position is a perfect fit if you are passionate about: Product & systems thinking, AI/Automation workflows, Analyzing and optimizing user experiences.
Prior deep expertise in AI is not required-our team is fully ready to train you if you possess a solid BA foundation, sharp logical thinking, and a fast learning curve.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with Product teams and Stakeholders to analyze requirements and complex business logic.
Design business flows, user flows, and operational workflows tailored for AI Agents.
Partner closely with AI Engineers to architect and define: Conversation flows, Prompt flows, Tool-calling flows, Agent behavior models.
Draft User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and comprehensive business documentation.
Participate in testing and evaluate the quality of the AI Agent's outputs.
Analyze conversation logs to identify gaps and propose enhancements to Agent performance.
Research and stay updated on emerging AI trends and agentic workflows.
What We're Looking For
You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
Strong logical thinking, robust problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude in proposing solutions.
Proven experience working with: User Stories, Flowcharts/BPMN/System Flows, and APIs/basic technical flows.
Excellent collaboration skills with Product & Tech teams.
A strong passion for technology, AI, or automation is a major plus.
Prior experience in a SaaS or Product-driven company.
Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience with: AI Agents, Chatbots, Prompt Engineering, or RAG/Automation workflows.
A strong desire to grow long-term into an AI Product or AI BA role.

Logical mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
Strong product intuition and a user-centric mindset.
