Position Overview
Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
Analyze business processes, identify issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
Create and maintain requirement documents, including User Stories, Use Cases, BRD/FRD, and Acceptance Criteria.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA/QC, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
Provide business clarification and support throughout the development and testing phases.
Participate in UAT and validate that the delivered product meets business requirements.
Track requirement changes and contribute to product and process improvements.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Level: Middle level or above.
Preferred: Candidates with professional knowledge or working experience in the Construction domain are preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Benefits
