Business Analyst English Fluency

Overview:
A skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.

• Gather business requirements, design, and develop customizations.
• Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and custom entities within the system.
• Work with the team to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
• Develop supporting documentation such as process flows and diagrams to clarify requirements for the team.

• Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure test cases align with acceptance criteria.
• Help identify and communicat2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technical environment.
• Proficient in English
• Have a project management skill is a bonus
• Proven ability to write high-quality User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• e dependencies, risks, and roadblocks to the Scrum Master and Product Owner.

• Track project progress, maintain, and update technical documentation.
• Create and refine User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria that are clear, concise.
• Develop supporting documentation such as process flows, wireframes, data mappings, or system context diagrams to clarify requirements for the technical team.
• Assist the Product Owner with Product Backlog refinement/grooming, ensuring the backlog items are prioritized, estimated, and "ready" for development.

• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Use AI to perform automated quality checks on documentation, such as identifying user stories and acceptance criteria.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, Copilots, or AI-driven platforms) for business analysis tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
