1. Understanding Customer Needs & Solution Development
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements
Coordinate with internal and external teams (business units, end users,
developers, IT) to analyze requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
2. Solution Proposal & Customization
Prepare and present technical solutions to demonstrate the value of the company's products and services.
Provide pre-
sales technical support and work with product development teams to customize solutions for customers.
3. Project Execution & Management
Plan, execute, and monitor projects, including resource allocation
Risk management and problem-solving
4. Documentation, Market Research & Training
Maintain technical documents such as proposals and specifications.
Analyze market trends to enhance the company's solutions and stay updated on industry developments.
Conduct technical training for sales teams and project members to improve knowledge and execution.
5. Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Collect user feedback, refine solutions to meet customer expectations.

Background: Bachelor of Information Technology, Mathematics and Information Technology.
Experience:
• At least 02-03 years of experience in a similar position such as Pre-Sales,
Technical Sales, Project Management, Business Analyst from service integration
• Experience in participating in projects according to the Agile/Scrum Master model is an advantage.
• Priority is given to those with experience in implementing IT projects in other organizations.
Knowledge
· Microsoft Tools: Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, with a good understanding of software development.
· Software & Programming: Experience in analyzing and implementing systems like ERP, EAM, and Power BI.
· Business & IT Knowledge: Understanding of business operations, data analysis, and IT applications.
· Requirement Analysis: Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs.
· Technology Awareness: Familiar with Cloud computing and Microservices architecture.
· Development Platforms: Basic knowledge of .NET or Java.
