Business Analyst (Google App Script)

Job Description
Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Act as a direct liaison between business stakeholders and the development/QA teams.
Work with software architects to translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, use cases, and data models.
Create detailed business process flowcharts, system workflows, and wireframes to visualize solutions for both Web UI and Google Sheets integration.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution presentations to demonstrate business value.
Manage, track, and document requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Support development and QA teams during the development lifecycle to clarify requirements and edge cases.
Participate in and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collect user feedback, and ensure quality before release.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development domain with an IT background.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas, array formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script (GAS) logic and workflows.
Strong understanding of Web Application workflows, user interface logic, and API interactions.
Basic knowledge of SQL for database querying.
Basic knowledge and practical experience using Figma for wireframing and UI prototyping.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for direct communication with international stakeholders and clients.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Proactive, flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to quick changes and high-pressure environments
