Nhà Tốt - (ChoTot's Property vertical) is looking for a Business Analyst to join us on an ambitious journey ahead. You will contribute & make an impact through
- You'll be diving deep into sales data, uncovering hidden trends, and using your findings to shape strategic decision-making.
- Interpreting and presenting data results to propose sales strategy, collaborate closely with the BD Director to craft winning sales targets and develop innovative pathways to achieve them.
- You'll become the architect of our sales engine, performing insightful sales data analysis and reviewing metrics.
- Analyzing and reporting on customer performance and customer experience, empowering business leaders with the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Contribute to customer retention by monitoring trends and assisting with initiatives.
- This also involves producing a lot of weekly/ monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- You'll be a hands-on champion, working alongside the sales team, utilizing data and building tools that directly boost their productivity and drive tangible business outcomes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to handle large sets of data and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
