Mô tả công việc
Support to project planning:
- Project feasibility study, project request preparation;
- Detailed project plan.
Support to project implementation management:
- Review business requirements for business functions;
- Design wireframe/mockups of UXUI for digital platforms (web, app). Review UXUI designs for digital platforms;
- Coordinator for project implementation;
- Develop and conduct user acceptance tests plan (UAT) for digital functions, UXUI development/enhancement;
- Regular/adhoc reports for project implementation;
- Project review analytics/report.
Support to end users of digital platforms:
- Prepare training materials, conduct user trainings;
- On-going supports to end users of digital platforms;
- Conduct end users surveys to identify gaps for further enhancement of digital platforms;
- Cooperate with IT to resolve system issues if any;
- Lead initiatives to push up adoption/usage of digital platforms.
Maintain regular BI reports and ad-hoc analytics:
- Maintain BAU reports for distribution/customer management;
- Conduct ad-hoc analytics on request basis.
Yêu cầu
- University Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting; project planning support; or business analyst
- Strong analytic thinking and data processing skills
- Strong communication and presentation skill in both Vietnamese and English
- Strong time management skill, problem-solving skill
- Fluent in using Microsoft Excel, Power Point. Skillful Ms Access, SQL as advantage
- Detail-oriented, result-oriented and delivery outcome with "beyond the call of duty" mindset
- Strong teamwork spirit and cross-functional collaboration
